General Agreement

By accessing the mmm11 platform, opening an account, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to follow them. This agreement is a legally binding contract between mmm11 and the player.

User Eligibility

Account Registration and Security

3.1 Opening an Account

Each player must register only one account on mmm11 using their real name, National Registration Card number, and accurate contact details. If a single person is found to have opened duplicate accounts to claim bonuses more than once, those accounts may be closed.

3.2 Password Security

You are responsible for keeping your login password private and must not share it with anyone. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. If you suspect your password has been compromised, contact [email protected] immediately and change it.

3.3 Verification

mmm11 has the right to verify a player's name and details at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal delays or a temporary account suspension.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit is 3,000 Ks. mmm11 is not responsible for any funds that do not arrive due to amounts below the minimum.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 10 to 45 minutes of being received. mmm11 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's bank or payment provider.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

mmm11 does not permit money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial transactions. If suspicious financial activity is detected, the account will be suspended immediately and funds in the account may be frozen. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method, and withdrawals are only allowed through the method used at registration.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

The mmm11 welcome bonus matches 100% of your first deposit up to 200,000 Ks. For example — deposit 20,000 Ks and you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 20,000 Ks × 20 = 400,000 Ks before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

For a larger deposit — deposit 420,000 Ks and you receive the maximum bonus of 200,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 620,000 Ks. You must wager 200,000 Ks × 20 = 4,000,000 Ks before winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Wagering Rules

• The specific terms for each bonus can be found on the promotions page.
• When playing with bonus funds, the wagering requirement must be met before a withdrawal can be made.
• If a player is found to be repeatedly claiming a bonus through linked accounts, the bonus may be voided.
• The wagering requirement from the bonus must be completed before requesting a withdrawal.

Gaming Fairness and Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Fair Play
